We are living in an increasingly polarised and divisive world where people seldom openly or respectfully listen to or interact with others, particularly those with differing views. This has been exacerbated by the dynamics of news media and social media.

Our Open Conversations Initiative aims to foster and facilitate a culture of respectful, robust and open dialogue. This will revitalise social and political public discourse, which is critical given the importance of public participation, inclusion and social cohesion for our democracy.
